Led by our Chef Manager, the Cafeteria focuses on delivery of fresh local food, whenever possible. Visit one of our four stations: Under the Hood, Global Eatery, Deli or our Salad & Soup Station. If you are on the go and need a quick breakfast or lunch, visit our Market Express cooler to grab a quick healthy meal. Open Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
